Terms of Service

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. A booking request does not guarantee a reservation until it is confirmed by the hotel. You will receive an email notification once your booking is confirmed.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 14:00 to 22:00. Check-out is required by 11:00. Late check-in after 22:00 is available upon request, subject to availability, for a 50 RON fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. A valid ID document is required upon check-in.

3. Cancellation policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary by room type and booking conditions. The applicable conditions are shown before booking is completed and in the confirmation. No-shows may be charged according to the booking conditions.

4. House rules

• Smoking is not permitted in any room or common area
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00
• Pets are not allowed
• There is no age requirement for check-in
• Children of all ages are welcome; cribs are not available
• Extra beds are available upon request, subject to availability, for 60 lei per person per night for guests aged 13 or older
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay

5. Liability

The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Valuable items should be stored in the in-room safe or at the reception.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tulcea County.
