1. Information we collect

When you make a booking or contact us, we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Booking dates and guest count
• The messages you send us, including emails written from the contact form

2. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

• Process and manage your hotel reservation
• Communicate with you about your booking
• Respond to your inquiries and requests
• Improve our services

3. The website and data storage

The website is a set of static pages served from our own server (a VPS); it has no database and keeps nothing you type into it. The contact form sends no data: it opens your own email app with the message addressed to contact@divad.ro, and the message is sent only if you send it from there. Fonts and images are hosted on our server. The server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, date and time, browser) for about two weeks, to run and secure the site. The map on the home page and the contact page is loaded from Google Maps. Bookings made through the Booking.com links are made on Booking.com, where Booking.com's privacy policy applies. We retain booking records for the duration required by Romanian law. Contact inquiries are retained for up to 12 months.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability

5. Cookies

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The Google Maps map on the home page and the contact page is served by Google, which may set its own cookies; Google's privacy policy applies to it.
